Answers to common questions are provided below to help you understand how payment terms work.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR CREDIT
At this stage, only registered businesses with a valid ABN can apply for credit.
WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR PAYMENT TERMS?
Fees for payment terms is 2% for 30 day credit terms. This fee is applied on total value of the job including Loadshift fees. For example, on a load where carrier quote is $1000, fees are $33. Total value of the job is $1033. Credit terms fees are calculated as 2% of $1033. For 45 and 60 day terms, the fees are 3% and 4% respectively.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO WE NEED TO APPLY FOR CREDIT?
You do not need to upload any documents at the time of application. However, you may be requested to provide supporting documents after the application for assessing your application
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PAY WITHIN 30 DAYS?
A fee of 0.1% per day is charged on late payments. You may not be able to book jobs on credit if you have outstanding invoices.
WHO AM I PAYING MONEY TO LOADSHIFT OR BUTN?
Loadshift credit is managed by Butn. Our official credit financing partner. Funds are payable to Butn.
